Depending on access to your property and the height of your gutters, we’ll be able to determine whether to use traditional ladders, carbon fibre vacuum poles, or our cherry picker for hard-to-reach areas.

It depends on your property and surroundings. Once a year is usually enough for most properties. Most clients prefer to get their gutters cleared at the end of autumn once the leaves have fallen, so they’re clear before the typically heavier rainfall. If you’re surrounded by trees, particularly trees that drop their leaves (deciduous) like oak, ash or sycamore, you may need cleaning more frequently. The same applies to properties with overhanging pines, as needles build up.
Please unlock side gates and let us know about any access restrictions. If possible, move garden furniture, pots, or anything delicate away from directly beneath the gutters in case of falling debris.
If we’re using our cherry picker, we’ll need space to park it on your driveway or close to the property.
